These ladies persevered despite oppressive institutions, restrictions on greater education, gender barriers, and race-driven division inside their investigation fields. It highlights a thing which I actually believe in, which is the value of diversity. And I genuinely think that diversity in all of the myriad and fantastic aspects that we see has good rewards for any organization.
